Unison has assisted a number of airports in preparing financial plans for their long-term capital programs. The analyses performed by Unison have formed the basis for the airports to evaluate alternative capital improvement funding plans. Unison prepares sensitivity analysis, or "what-if" scenarios, to evaluate the potential financial effect of changes in a funding plan. This approach has enabled Unison to assist its airport clients in formulating financial plans that provide the optimum benefit to the airports. Unison's analyses have included the projected effects on airline rates and charges and airport debt capacity. As a continuation of the financial planning assignments, Unison has assisted its airport clients in developing PFC programs, bond financing strategies, and FAA Letter of Intent (LOI) proposals. Unison personnel have also made presentations at airline committee meetings to summarize the projected financial effects of airport capital programs.
